The staff is personally invested in the success of your son or daughter. A faculty advisor guides each student to explore and achieve through academic and interpersonal experiences. Our teachers focus on problem solving, critical thinking, communication, organization and social skills. Values Based Program – at Fieldstone Junior Boarding School we promote social responsibility. Our focus is to provide fewer restrictions than the average boarding school. We allow our students more autonomy to make choices for themselves by providing a character building, and positive learning environment. Students are challenged to take problem-solving risks and then to celebrate successes, and have opportunity for growth from mistakes. The faculty provides the support to explore options and to adjust to each outcome from the choice they make.
